As a successful senior sales manager at Zenlayer, you will identify new customers, close deals, develop a team selling approach and act as a liaison between customers/prospects and pre-sales technical specialists, inside sales and customer service.

Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a SELF-MOTIVATEDBILINGUAL (English/Mandarin) and ENERGY DRIVEN individual to work across the business units.

Your primary responsibility is to assist the Sales team on daily operations, coordinate between various of departments, and contribute to the WOW experience to our customers.

To be a qualified candidate, you are required to be:

  • Actively consults with the Supervisor and sales leadership on operation data needed
  • Manage and analyze sales data, pricing information, and order forms through Company internal system and procedures
  • Liaise between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Project Management team on various projects and initiatives
  • Represent and follow through the instruction by the Supervisor
  • Provide pricing quotation via price book with analysis on cost forecasting
  • Assist Sales team on preparation on weekly report of planning, budgeting, profit forecasting, and accounts reconciliation

Human Resources Manager

Your primary responsibility is to ensure all human resources activities are in compliance with local, state and federal laws, as well as implement and oversee programs related to hiring and initiatives. You will work, collaboratively with business leaders, offer guidance, training and discipline as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Develops and optimizes Human Resources process and procedure that support Company’s business goals.
  • Understands and evaluates overall departments’ staffing need for recruitment.
  • Plan and implement full cycle new hire process, including conduct interview and makes initial selection/hiring decision.
  • Plans and executes employee onboarding and exit process.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding employee relations, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensures company policies and procedures are compliant with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Train and develop management in all areas of wage and hour, employee reviews, coaching and counseling, and workers’ compensation.
  • Initiate and documents periodic employee job performance evaluation.

Qualification and Requirements

  • Ability to keep information confidential and display superior interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates good listening skills and has a knack for solving problems effectively.
  • Possesses strong business ethics and is a gifted negotiator.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines.
  • Must have excellent skills in MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook software usage.
  • Has superior organizational, analytical, and follow-up skills.
